About Me

What I do
Hi, I’m Rachel, I’m a women’s empowerment mentor.
I work with women who have chronic illnesses, high sensitivity, and tired spirits. I’m like having a bestie who gets all the struggles related to your illness, stress, burnout, and overwhelm.
Who it’s for
Women with chronic illness like psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, etc. who want to feel confident in their bodies and minds even when they don’t work as expected (or like you want).
If you’re a highly sensitive woman, or your spirit is exhausted from the world we live in, I can help you, too.
Let’s build your confidence slowly at a pace that feels good for your body & spirit.

Why it’s special
The girl on the right was in pain every day. Could you tell by looking at the pictures? Nope. When you don’t look ill or act like something is wrong, people who don’t struggle like you don’t get it. Worse, they sometimes assume you’re making it up or exaggerating altogether. As if you’d want to be exhausted, in pain, and live with brain fog.
It’s a real confidence killer, especially when you already have to adapt and change basically everything in your life.
I know because I’ve been there. When I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in the fall of 2022, all the symptoms that had been going on for years finally made sense. Even though I didn’t get treatment that actually worked for about 6 more months, I could at least try to deal with the overwhelming fact that “pushing through” wasn’t an option. Everything changed and I felt I was irreparably broken.
But I wasn’t, and neither are you.
I can still do everything I want and my drive to get there hasn’t gone anywhere. I have big dreams, and I can reach them just like anyone else. So can you. The journey just looks a little different.
Though it took me longer than I wanted (I used to be able to obsess and crank out work like nobody’s business…I’m still recovering from that), the adaptations I had to make to accommodate my body and mind have changed everything.
“I wasn’t irreparably broken and neither are you.”
Slow growth, soft confidence, and lots of gentle grace for yourself isn’t just possible, it’s an extraordinary and courageous way to live.
That’s what I want to share with you.
The busy, fast-paced world we live in isn’t built for people who are highly sensitive and living with chronic illness. Instead of conforming, pushing beyond our boundaries, and constantly feeling like we can’t, we can build our lives around the cans.
A slower, more thoughtful version of living that fits our energy and ambition alike. A version where you, your body, and your mind can and do live your best life.
We can do it together, one small step at a time.
